Chains are Sterling Silver or 18K Gold Plated.
Wire made items are Silver or Gold Plated.
All NVA Jewelry is tarnish resistant!
However, please keep in mind that everyone's body oils are different and may react differently with jewelry, than others. With that, avoid excessive sweating in your jewelry. Please refer to your care instructions card for more info, provided with your order!
SHIPPING
Once your order is placed, your order will be in the works, but I do take my time & ensure that all pieces are 100% handmade to perfection, before sending.
With that said, shipping times will vary.
However, I can assure that your order will be shipped out no later than the week following - from when your order was placed.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Since all NVA Jewelry is custom & handmade just for you - there will unfortunately be no refunds.
If there are any issues regarding your order, please reach out to me and I will happily do a fix or an exchange until you are 100% happy & satisfied.
